Beeswax Wrap Refresher Bars

Beeswax Wrap Refresher Bars for extending the life of beeswax food wraps.

• Place a flat beeswax wrap on a sheet of baking paper and shave a few pieces of the fresher bar evenly over the wrap. A little goes a very long way when melted - start with a few small pieces. Add a top baking sheet. The wrap should have 2 inches of spare sheet around the edges to catch melting wax.
• Heat an iron on low, and iron over top baking sheet until wax melts - pushing from the middle of the wrap to the outer edges. You will see the wax melting through the baking sheet.
• When completely melted, immediately peel back top sheet while warm and check the wax has evenly coated, and has not pooled anywhere on the wrap. If wax is too thick in some areas, replace top baking sheet and iron again, pushing wax off the outer edge until smooth and even. Repeat the process until you're happy with the final result.
